While some sectors continue to face shortages of skilled and unskilled workers, others are experiencing layoffs. We are all affected by the rapid development of AI, whose increasing presence is already making it more challenging for university graduates to enter the labour market.

Through its work, IWAK contributes to orientation, transparency, and a shared understanding of current developments. This is only possible through close cooperation with you.
