Based on a strong technological and structural economic change, today qualificational requirements shift permanently and so vocational training becomes very important. However, „generation 50+“ and the group of low-skilled workers are far less integrated in such educational progress.

In the course of the project, different specific incentives will be identified, which could enforce the participation of these groups of workers in vocational training, to enhance the chances of these target-groups on the labour market.
