Jenny Kipper studied education with a focus on adult learning at the Goethe University of Frankfurt. Currently, she is working on her doctorate in human resource development and quality management in large enterprises. Since 2008 she has worked at IWAK as a Researcher. Her current activities are focussed on regional labour market monitoring and occupational biographies. From 2008 to 2009 she worked in the project “Occupational Career of Geriatric Nurses”. She has expert knowledge in interpretative analysis technique, systemic coaching and event organisation of national and international conferences.
