Sabine Heid studied Geography, Political Sciences and Anthropology at the Goethe University Frankfurt am Main. Her main focuses were Urban and Economic Geography. In 2007 she helped create the first Creative Industry Report for the city of Frankfurt am Main before she joined IWAK as a researcher in early 2008. Her main areas of expertise are questions of migration as well as of social inequalities. In 2008 she was responsible for the project on “Changes in Wealth in Rhineland-Palatinate” whose results will be part of the Fourth Report on Poverty and Wealth for the land of Rhineland-Palatinate.
