Christian Baden studied political economics at the Goethe University (Frankfurt, Germany). He has been a Research Assistant at IWAK since 1995. His work has been concentrated on the areas of regional labour market development and prognosis, qualification and advanced training need, local politics and evaluation studies. He has comprehensive methodical knowledge in the conception and analysis of representative company surveys. From 2000 to 2002 he coordinated the “Scientific Evaluation of Labour Market Politics in Rhineland-Palatinate” project. Between 2001 and 2007 he managed the analysis efforts in IAB Establishment Panels in Hessen”. He has been responsible for the “Professional Training” section at IWAK since 2007.
